Tessa's Essentials Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@tessasessentials.shop. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care and beauty products, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at hello@tessasessentials.shop with your order number.
